The only information collected is what you enter and send through the inquiry form: your name, email address, company or organization (optional) and the details of your inquiry.

No other information is collected automatically by this website.

Purpose of use

This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, to clarify its content and for related correspondence. It is not used for any other purpose.

How the inquiry form works

The inquiry form converts what you type into an email message in your browser and opens your email application. Nothing is sent to or stored by this website or by any external form service.

This means that until you actually send the message, none of it reaches us.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how its pages are used.

It sets no cookies and builds no fingerprint to identify visitors. What it records is aggregate only — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region and browser type — and contains nothing that identifies an individual.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own.

The CDN provider that serves the site may set a technical cookie for abuse prevention. Such cookies are not used to identify visitors or for advertising.

The tool at app.malusrfworks.com

Smith Match, the matching-network designer, stores your designs in your own browser (localStorage). They stay on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

To remove saved designs, clear the site data for that address in your browser.

The tool at sim.malusrfworks.com

The electromagnetic simulator runs entirely in your browser. The substrate parameters you enter and the conductor pattern you draw are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of display language.

The Smith Match iPhone app

Designs are stored on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. No account is required.

The free version shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen using AdMob, an advertising service of Google LLC. To serve ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, how ads are displayed and interacted with, and diagnostic information. This information is collected and managed by Google and is not received by us; it is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Ads are served as non-personalised, and the app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, your consent is requested before any ad is served, and you can change your choice at any time from the app’s Settings.

The in-app “Remove Ads” purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details. Once purchased, no ads are shown and AdMob no longer collects the information described above.

Disclosure to third parties

Your information is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry, and is appropriately deleted once it is no longer required.

Access, correction and deletion
